Welcome to our beautiful and comfortable 3000 sq. ft. home located in Niagara Falls. We operate this B&B with a government-issued license (NO: L-BE-0061), and as per regulations, the owner must reside on the premises. Guests are welcome to access and enjoy all common areas of the house, including the kitchen, breakfast area, dining room, living room, family room, laundry room, backyard, and office/study room on the second floor. These spaces are shared with the host, who also serves as the house manager. There are two guest bedrooms on the second floor, each accommodating up to two people (including children). The first one, Guest Room One (Double Room with Private Bathroom), is the master bedroom of the house with a large full ensuite bathroom. The second one, Guest Room Two (Double Room with Private External Bathroom), is another smaller bedroom with a private external full bathroom next to it. The house manager occupies a bedroom on the first floor and has a full bathroom in the basement. Free parking is available in the driveway. For security purposes, several cameras are installed outside the house; however, there are no cameras on the first or second floors. There is one camera in the basement, which is not open to guests. Please note that registered guests stay only. No visitors. Thank you for your attention!
The house manager is a warm and hospitable person. Guests are welcome to contact him with any questions.
The house is surrounded by quiet, beautiful, and safe neighbourhoods.
