The fully renovated guest suite, designed for comfort and relaxation, is bright and airy, featuring an open-concept great room with a well-equipped kitchenette, a central island eating area, and stunning views of the gardens and ocean from every room. The guest suite includes a cozy queen bedroom with a closet, a 3-piece bathroom with shower and heated floors, a den with a single sofa bed, TV, and an inviting electric fireplace—perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. A dedicated desk/workspace and blackout blinds ensure both productivity and restful sleep. The heat pump keeps the suite comfortable year-round. Step outside onto the lovely patio, where you can BBQ, sip a glass of wine, and watch hummingbirds flutter among the flowers. Whether you're here for a peaceful retreat or an island adventure, the guest suite offers the perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and breathtaking views! Guests will have access to the patios directly outside their entrance. Feel free to move around the yard and garden and enjoy the flora and fauna. Guests will enjoy free, undercover parking.
