Beautiful house with a view to Lake Geneva and the mountains, located in the commune of Blonay/St Lègier, this peaceful village has various shops within walking distance, just a few minutes from Vevey, Montreux (Château de Chillon) and the vineyards from Lavaux, all the amenities that the Riviera offers are easily accessible. The accommodation has a green setting, a children's swimming pool, a large living room with open-plan kitchen, three bedrooms, a toilet and a bathroom. Regulation : °Avoid noise pollution at 10 p.m., especially outside the house. °No smoking inside the house. °Please turn off outdoor lights. °To throw away trash/waste/cardboard/PET/glasses, please go to the sorting center, just a few steps (approx. 50 m) from the house, go down the alley, turn right towards Vevey, the sorting center is is opposite, on the other side of the road, next to the OMNIA real estate agency. It is strictly forbidden not to dispose of your waste! It is strictly forbidden to handle the stores and electric skylights manually or to change the programming of the remote controls! The Velux upstairs are programmed to close automatically in the event of rain; manual manipulation disrupts the entire system.

Positive in nature, attentive and available, we welcome you in advance and wish you a pleasant stay.
Quiet and peaceful area, directly overlooking the main village road. Bus and train stop close to the house.
