Hostal Forestal is conveniently located in Santiago, near the shops and museums of the Bellas Artes district. It offers a 24 hour reception, tour desk and free Wi-Fi internet. Guests of Forestal Hostal are accommodated in private or dorm rooms. Security lockers and long term baggage storage are available free of charge. There are kitchen and BBQ facilities. Many restaurants are located just a short walk from the hotel There is a communal seating area with cable TV and DVD. There are 6 museums within 1 km of the hotel, and the travel desk offers various itineraries including beach trips, skiing and vineyard tours. Bicycles can be rented and stored on site.

To be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won't be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).
