It provides convenience and comfort, which you will make ample use of on your business trip. It will provide you with a pleasant background and ease your homesickness :) Do you need to accommodate your employees or are you looking for accommodation for your business partners, but you don't want to leave them in the anonymity of a hotel and under no circumstances in a hostel? Use our Apartment for Companies AS AT HOME and treat them to the comfort and convenience of a fully equipped, newly furnished apartment! Your employees or business partners will be accommodated in a separate fully self-sufficient apartment with its own bathroom, toilet and full kitchen. There is complete privacy and at the same time the personal approach of the property owner. The apartment is comfortably furnished and is suitable for managers or production foremen. OUR GUESTS FEEL AT HOME HERE. There is a meadow with the possibility of sitting outside at the house in which the JakoDoma Apartment is located. Free parking right on the lot next to the house. The kitchen is equipped with dishes and basic food. The nature of Českolipska is beautiful and invites you to relax after work. The apartment for rent provides rent for 1 to 5 people in 2 bedrooms. Bedrooms and rooms: The JakoDoma apartment is very spacious, with a 2+1 layout and a total size of 64 m². The living rooms have a wooden parquet floor, which adds to the warmth of the home. The bedroom has one king sized bed and single bed with comfortable mattresses. The living room has a comfortable sofa bed for two and one single bed, Smart TV, Netflix and fast internet WI-FI connection. Sanitary facilities: The apartment has its own bathroom with a bathtub, the toilet is separate. Heating: The apartment has central and adjustable heating.
I like to help people on their travels to find the best possible place to stay - I offer a JakoDoma apartment, in which guests really feel at home, according to their words. I live in the same city where the JakoDoma apartment is located, and if the guests need it, I can help them arrange whatever they need in the city. For example, I recently dealt with an express car repair at a local car service for guests whose car unfortunately broke down on the way to us.
From the windows of the JakoDoma apartment, there is a beautiful view of the meadow right next to the house and the Lusatian Mountains. The cycle path to Panská skála starts a short distance from the apartment. The nature of Českolipska is beautiful and invites you to relax after work. Apartman JakoDoma is surrounded by a meadow, as it is located on the very edge of the city. You can see the greenery from the windows. You can just put on your shoes and go for a walk around the house and you will see the peaks of the Lusatian Mountains. Or take your bike with you and ride the bike path leading to the Organ. This well-known 16-kilometer cycle path starts just 1 km from the Apartment. You can go jogging or inline skating. But we also have these beautiful "attractions" in Českolipsk - Máchovo lake, Ronov, Klíč, Peklo, Kokořínsko, Czechoslovak Switzerland, České středohoří and Žitava - everything is within sight and reachable by train. In the city there is the "Centre of textile printing", the Špičák observation tower, an excellent volunteer theater, open air music festivals in summer and autumn. Jazz musicians and local rock bands perform in the famous local bar "U Bílý černoch". The Autodrom Sosnová is located very close to the city, where many motoring events take place.
