This spacious, sunny apartment on the second floor of a new building is located approximately 150 m from the Main Street in the southern part of the city with accessible city services. There are many parks in the vicinity. A trolley bus stop near the apartment offers a direct connection to the center of the spa zone and the colonnade with the singing fountain. Parking is available in front of the apartment. Enjoy a unique stay thanks to the following features: ★ Full-sized private apartment in a quiet historical house ★ Newly renovated ★ Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom ★ Excellent Nespresso coffee ★ Neighbourhood with multiple parks ★ Fast WiFi (100 MB) ★ Smart TV ★ Fully equipped for digital nomads The bedroom is equipped with new furniture and beds, which can be used as two separate single beds or combined to form a double bed. The apartment is ideal for a couple, a family with children, or friends and colleagues. Besides the beds, you will also find a worktable with a full HD monitor, ideal for use as a comfortable remote workstation.
We are one big family with deep roots in Mariánské Lázně and the region of West Bohemia. If you need any information, whether about the apartment or about interesting places in our surroundings, we will be happy to direct you. We enjoy Booking and we are always happy to meet our guests. There is no elevator in the building. ★★ Spa parks and mineral springs ★★ (less then 5 minutes walk from the apartment) There are more than 50 mineral springs in the area of Mariánské Lázně. Thanks to the diversity of their chemical composition, the springs can be used to treat kidney damage, musculoskeletal problems, or the digestive system. The closest spring is the Ferdinand Spring. You can reach it with a nice walk through the spa parks. ★★ Colonnade and Singing Fountain ★★ (less then 25 minutes walk from the apartment) This heart and center of the spa is easily accessible on foot or by public transport. The closest bus stop is called “Úšovická křižovatka” (ca. 3 minutes from the apartment). There is a daily program of music played as the singing fountain springs into life – these performances take place every odd hour from 7 am until 10 pm, with the final two displays (9 pm & 10 pm) enriched with embedded lights. A magnificent Art Nouveau colonnade stands right next to the fountain, with more than 50 local mineral springs located nearby.
