Lovely farmhouse with half-timbering and thatched roof from 1787 with charm and coziness with a lovely large natural plot and a small enclosed and covered courtyard. Child-friendly and dog-friendly. There is a low ceiling with large visible rooster bands/beams in the house, so it is advisable to be Max 1.80 cm tall. Otherwise it requires having to duck all the time. There is a 30 min. Walk to Bogense Marina and Badestrand. And 5-7 min by car. Lovely area and close to bus connections.
Vi lejer huset ud imens det står til salg. Vi bor selv tæt på og står til rådighed hvis der skulle opstå noget.
Skønt naturområde med gadekæret som nabo og Harritslev Gaard Slot på den anden side af vejen kun 5 min gåtur. 1 km til Bogense byskilt og Cirkle K tankstation og 3 km til Bogense Marina og Badestrand og centrum.
