Your home away from home gives you exclusive access to an entire house designed to allow you to live as a local. The white village of Manilva is located a few kilometers inland from the fishing village on the the coast know as San Luis de Sabinillas. Sabinillas is a five minute drive and has a beautiful beach, pavement cafes and bars. The village has a working atmosphere for those who want a touch of the real Spain. To the west of Sabinillas there is a yachting marina Puerto Dequesa and nearby golf course. Manilva is well know locally for the finest grapes, red peppers and garlics all home grown in this quaint village. The area has its own Roman Sulphur baths and an Aqueduct. The area is also well know for its festivals, August full moon party -Luna llena de Manilva and in September the Grape Harvest Celebrations. This is a great location for cyclists with lock up garage for bikes. As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave. The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6. In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed. In the next bedroom, there is a double bed. The third bedroom contains two single beds. There are 2 bathrooms. The ground floor has a toilet and sink. The second floor main bedroom has an en-suite - toilet, sink and walk in shower. The second floor bathroom has a toilet and sink and a bath with shower. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are on-site parking facilities available at the property. - Pets are not allowed at the property.
