Living room: A bright, sea-view lounge with TV and access to the terrace, perfect for relaxing and al fresco dining. Kitchen: Equipped with modern appliances for preparing delicious meals. Terrace: Furnished to enjoy the sun and the view. Air conditioning: For optimum comfort, even on hot days. Services included: High-speed Wi-Fi to stay connected. Household linen is provided (sheets, towels, bath mats, etc.) and is included in the price of the housekeeping service. ## Guest access The traveller has access to the entire accommodation. ## Guest interaction CBC Home Concierge is available for any information.

## The neighborhood The flat is located on Boulevard Sarrail, on the left bank of Palavas-les-Flots. Known for its shops, restaurants, bars and cafés. It's a place where visitors and locals alike often stroll to enjoy the Mediterranean atmosphere, sample local specialities or simply relax and admire the sea views.
