This Georgian building is now a family-run guest house with easy access to Edinburgh city centre by bus. It offers free WiFi, free parking and en suite rooms with flat-screen TVs. Allison House 17 is 2.4 km south of Edinburgh Waverley Rail Station and the city centre. The regular buses take about 10 minutes to reach the city centre.

Please note self check-in is available anytime. At the point of check-in guests can leave their luggage anytime in the provided luggage storage area in the property, but cannot enter the room until after the stated check-in time which is 14:00.
Check out time is 10:30. On check-out, the key must be left in the check-out key box in the lobby. Guests will be subject to charges if the key is not posted on check-out. You will also be subject to charges if there is any unreported damage to the property.
Please note the hotel is in a Georgian building and there is no lift, please advise in your booking if you require a room with no stairs, which is subject to availability.
Car parking is limited and cannot be guaranteed. Car parking is available on a 'first come, first serve' basis. If spaces are not available outside the front door of the property, there is free 24/7 on street parking on Peel Terrace.
