Elisso is a ground floor apartment, with a magnificent garden and a sea view patio. In the capital of the island with all the city's choices available for you on walking range, but also away enough from the crowded city center with the traffic jam, provides a quite place for your vacation. Plenty of parking space in the area even on high season and easy access to ring road to avoid city traffic when going to the beach or an excursion.
Designed and equiped from people experienced in hosting for many years, it has everything you need to have relaxing holidays. So we took care for you to find all the necessary electric supplies, smart TV with satelite access on hotbird, fully airconditioned, with reliable wifi provided free of charge.
The apartment has one bedroom with big double bed and a spacious sitting room with kitchen. The couch can easily tranform to an extra bedwithout bothering the room's space and inreasing it's capacity to 4 guests.
Finally but most of all you will find pleasant people waiting for you, who will guide you on your holidays and will be always available and willing to help you with anything you need.
Yiannis and Memi have several years experience in hosting. Our first priority is our guests to feel like being home and have relaxing holidays. So we are always there for them, with suggestions, tips or for anything they need but always discreet.
Yiannis is a teaches physics. On his spare time he likes hiking, cycling, dancing folklor dances (member of a local group). He plays amatour bouzouki and likes listening to most kinds of music.
Memi teaches greek literature and history. She likes spending time in the nature hiking and observing flowers and birds.
On her spare time she likes making handcrafts (many of decorations objects in the apartment are made by her own).
Location is great for many combining reasons. In the city of Argostoli so you can reach destinations walking. Near to supermarkets, bakery, restaurants, bars, pharmacies and the hospital.
You can visit the lagoon of Koutavos with a wonderful walking root by the shore, with gooses, ducks, seabirds and turtles inside it. You can hire a boat from lagoon activities to explore it from inside.
We also recommend a visit to the historical De Bosset bridge which provides a special view of Argostoli.
The central square of Argostoli was rebuilt on 2016 and with the pedestrian streets around define the Argostoli historical city center with many choices for you.
Find some time to go to Lithostroto (it means road by stones in Greek) which is the tourist market pedestrian street of Argostoli .
the north you can find Katavothres. It is a geological phenomenon with the water getting under the island and then through Melissani lake cake (no one excused for not visiting it!) and gets to the sea in Karavomilos. Close to Katavothres you can find Fanari - a lighthouse landmark of the area.
For walking fans there is a route of 7Km initially by the sea and then through a forrest leading to Lassi.
