Kindly note that guests can take a metro and reach JEN Hong Kong by Shangri-La through Exit B2 of HKU MTR Station.
Renovation work is taking place from Aug 2025 to February 2026 daily. The Club Lounge, rooftop pool and fitness centre are under renovation.
