There is a private entrance at the holiday home for the convenience of those who stay. The holiday home features rooms with air conditioning, free private parking and free WiFi. The holiday home provides guests with a terrace, sea views, a seating area, satellite flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a toaster and a fridge, and a private bathroom with walk-in shower and a hair dryer. Belvedere Holidays is a property owned and managed by a married couple, Ivan and Jovana Babić, in the beautiful town in Istria called Novigrad. We own the property where you will be staying, and we manage it in a highly professional and successful way, with plenty of passion and love. Our experience comes from a strong background in tourism, combined with self-training and followed by continuous education in different fields of tourism. The Belvedere Street and the year 1969 represent the bedrock of our business model. Everything began in a small apartment in the heart of the old town, once run by our ancestors, that still has that charm of the past century impressed in it. In the year 2018, we have started our new project -“Belvedere Holidays” – that offers two houses with a pool and four apartments decorated with a lot of care to provide a cozy and memorable stay for all our guests.
Why choose us? Belvedere Holidays offers a full and dedicated service with premium accommodation units at top locations. We have management skills, and our mission is to be your perfect host.
The tourist town Novigrad is situated on the west coast of Istria and it stands out among numerous Istrian towns due to its unique natural beauty, rich cultural heritage and most of all, big heart of its hosts. It is a city with one of the clearest seas in this part of the Mediterranean. The riviera of Novigrad reaches from Dajla to the estuary of the river Mirna and has a well dented, low, accessible coastline with rocky and gravel beaches. The historic part of Novigrad is situated on an island that was connected with the mainland until the 18th century, and the well-preserved medieval city wall is one of the most interesting symbols of this touristic destination. Its visitors enjoy the walks along the cost of Novigrad and its wonderful atmosphere, marked by the traditional fishing boats, Batanas, which are gently swinging on their berths. The visitors of the riviera of Novigrad that prefer an active vacation can rent a canoe and try out a ride down the river Mirna or explore the inland of Istria on one of the well-arranged bike paths.
