Italian Homing is a next-generation property management company. Fully automated, since 2020 it has been offering properties with fast, modern self check-in. No reception – contactless concept. All properties are cleaned and sanitized by certified and high-quality cleaning companies. Italian Homing provides a courtesy kit in all properties and all necessary information about your accommodation. Customer care is available daily from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, via email or phone, for the entire duration of your stay. The amount shown on the booking platform includes the rental fee owed to the property owner and the service fee for the additional services provided to the guest by the Property Manager. These amounts will be detailed in the rental contract and will generate two separate accounting documents for the guest at check-out.

Antiche Mura is an automated, fully modern structure, equipped with self check-in and WITHOUT a reception. The property offers 5 rooms of different types, all with private bathroom, flat-screen TV, and mini fridge for every need. Hairdryer, courtesy kit, and kettle in the room will be additional comforts for your short stay. The common area will offer a small living room, a furnished balcony, a coffee machine, and everything you might need. Free Wi-Fi is available. NO LUGGAGE STORAGE – The staff will suggest the nearest one via email or phone. Antiche Mura is located in a historic building, with a lovely courtyard at the entrance that allows you to stay in the city center while enjoying the peace and quiet you need to relax. Please note that the property is located in or near a Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL) and cannot be accessed by car, as the property does not have a ZTL access permit. NO PRIVATE PARKING – Customer care will direct you to the nearest public parking facility. Descriptions and Rules: It is mandatory to complete the fast check-in via email in order to receive the access information for the accommodation. You will be required to enter your personal information, sign the mandatory online contract with the property, and perform facial recognition for all guests – NO EXCEPTIONS. The contract will explicitly state that a security deposit must be provided via credit card as a guarantee against potential damages. TOURIST TAX TO BE PAID BY CREDIT CARD (MANDATORY) A daily amount per person, per night, must be paid via a secure payment link during the online check-in process. Please note: We do not guarantee phone assistance after 10:00 PM. It is not possible to stay for more than 30 nights. Unaccompanied minors are not allowed under any circumstances. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. In case of violation, an amount equal to or exceeding 200.00 will be charged.

We are located in Via Terre, a side street of Via Pallone – the main road that leads directly to Verona’s Arena, just a few steps away. From Via Terre, you can easily reach the Church of San Fermo, which connects to Lungo Adige Street, leading straight to Via Cappello where you can visit Juliet’s Balcony and the famous Piazza delle Erbe. Via Terre is a strategic street for reaching the main points of interest in the historic city center. It is just a 2-minute walk from the Verona Arena, in the heart of the city. Easily accessible by bus, train, or car, being close to Verona’s main parking lots and directly in front of a bus stop. Nearest parking: Piazza Cittadella.
