Duomo Smart Suites is located in a historic building in the centre of Milan, close to Museo Del Novecento. There is a private entrance at the guest house for the convenience of those who stay. The guest house provides garden views, an outdoor fireplace, a 24-hour front desk, and free WiFi is available throughout the property. The guest house will provide guests with air-conditioned units offering a desk, a coffee machine, a fridge, a safety deposit box, a TV and a private bathroom with a bidet. All units come with a kettle, while selected rooms are fitted with a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, a toaster and a stovetop. At the guest house, the units are fitted with bed linen and towels. Buffet and à la carte breakfast options with warm dishes, local specialities and fresh pastries are available. A minimarket is available at the guest house. Popular points of interest near the guest house include Darsena, Palazzo Reale and San Babila Metro Station. Milan Linate Airport is 8 km away.

This newly-launched initiative targets a dynamic yet very demanding and sophisticated clientele, mainly concerned by getting the best value for money for their urban experience. Initially focusing on the bustling town of Milano, the land of fashion, the Smart Suites concept is rapidly expanding at domestic level as well as internationally.

Duomo Smart Suites is an innovative hospitality concept, blending a 5* hotel experience with the comfort of an independent living solution in the heart of town with domotically-empowered ease of access within the peaceful context of a historical building’s inner courtyard. Our cozy suites are nested in a small quiet street only meters away from the city’s main attractions, bars, restaurants, public transportation and a 24/7 convenience store. The rooms feature a lavish yet contemporary French-inspired interior design, and include a number of hotel-style amenities. IMPORTANT : Our check-in timeframe is rigorously between 2pm and 9pm. Late check-in is allowed only until 11pm and subject to the payment of a fee. Because of very strict building regulations, we cannot let guests self check-in. Accordingly, although a very limited tolerance for unexpected disruptions such as transportation delays is envisaged, no check-in will be processed after midnight.

The Duomo Smart Suites are strategically located in Via Rugabella, a quiet side street just meters off the super-central piazza Missori. The main city attractions are all walking distance, particularly the Duomo, which is only a mere five-minute walk from our premises. Our location is also extremely close to the luxury Montenapoleone shopping district, the main universities, the high-street shops of Via Torino and the Navigli area. Many cool bars, restaurants and a 24/7 convenience store are only meters away. The closest Metro stations are Missori and Duomo, and within a three-minute walk radius there’s a vast number of bus and tram stops.
