Presenta tre stanze arredate con caratteristiche uniche, in stile italiano. Tutte le stanze sono dotate di balcone con tavolini e sedie. Le stanze Deluxe e Superior si affacciano direttamente sul lago di Como, mentre la stanza Standard si affaccia sulla montagna di Brunate, località raggiungibile con la vicina funicolare. Le stanze sono dotate di bagno privato, aria condizionata, riscaldamento, frigobar, bollitore, macchina per il caffè, acqua e bevande. La stanza Deluxe presenta una doccia emozionale.
