It is a 2 minutes walk from La Spezia Centrale Station, 3 minutes from the pedestrian center of the city, but in a calm and quiet location, it is well connected by public transport that goes to Portovenere, Lerici, the harbour, the military area, and is very close to amenities, shops, clubs. The location is perfect. The property was completely renovated in November 22.
