Riceverete un buono colazione durante il check-in da spendere in detta pasticceria, dove si offre una grande variet� di dolci appena fatti, nonch� opzioni salate, ottimo caff� e molte altre opzioni. L'host ha un piccolo gattino che abita in struttura.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Breakfast is served in a local pastry shop nearby called Delici�s. It is only 4 minutes walking-distance from the guesthouse. You will receive a breakfast voucher during the check in to spend in said pastry shop, where they offer a huge variety of freshly made pastries, along with savoury options, tasty Italian coffee and many more options. The host has a little cat who lives in the guesthouse.

We offer four rooms for you to choose from. They all have air conditioning and private bathroom ensuite. We have recently refurbished the beds with new mattresses for extra comfort. There is no lift but the B&B is at the first floor. There is a shared fridge, where you can store food and beverages to keep them fresh. We are a very positive and easy going couple from Verona, Italy and Asturias, Spain. We love traveling as well; we consider it to be an essential part of life, and so we decided to help other people to do so by offering them a nice place where to stay. We have maintained the "superhost" category on AirBnB for 5 years and we will do our best to help make your trip a bit better. The B&B enjoys a strategic location, it's just 300 meters to the Lido Beach which is between the city center and Maria Pia beach. Within walking distance you will find restaurants, supermarkets, a nice promenade, the Lido... Even in high season you should be able to find a free parking space nearby and from here you can reach the most beautiful beaches without getting jammed in the traffic.
