Our Property is the best choice for who want to live a Jamaican experience far from the classic Resorts and the conventionality but in a comfortable and safe way. The House is not located on the main road but it is in the back of another Property, that is an Hotel. Bar and Restaurant. You need to walk through them to reach our place. Outside of the Property there is a small Bar "The Patty Shop", you ask to the shopper to call us and we will come to meet you. The house is spacious, well organized and equipped with all the comforts. Our garden has a view on the Morass and it is really quite especially at night. We are on the beach road and we are really closed to the beach, The fact that we are not directly on the beach, it guarantees you a quiter and safer choice. We are closed to down town if you need to go to shopping and we are closed to all The best Bars and Restaurants and night life that Negril can offer. The Property consist of a large House, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen and a Big veranda. You can rent all or you can rent only one of rooms with or without kitchen. We have also a second unit with a separate entrance with bedroom, bathroom and veranda.
About the host, uhmm .. what to say. I am Italian, my husband is jamaican and we have a beautiful daughter. Our property is a family yard. We live in the property in a separate house, we have three dogs, really friendly. They used to have tourists around so you don't have to worry about them. As I have already mention, this is a family place, where my husband and I and my husband's family live. We have kidz that during the day, when they are not at school, are playing around, so sometimes in the day can be a little bit noising but at night is really quite. I am always available to assist you in case you have problems or you need suggestions of what to do or where to go. I am more than welcome to help you.
We are located behind Sunrise Club Hotel, Bar and Restaurant, closed to Time Square Shopping Centre and next to the Bar B Barn Village that it has "Peppa Restaurant" inside and other local shops. We are closed to Legend Hotel and Kuyaba. 10 minutes by walk to The Jungle discotheque and Woodstock Beach Bar/Restaurant. 10 minutes by car from Cool Running Water Park and The Pimento Jerk Centre. We are 10 minutes walk from down-town Negril where you can find Supermarkets, ATM, Burger King and Pharmacies, And of course just in front the the Famous Seven Miles Beach where you can find bars, Restaurant, beach chairs and all the water sports activities.
