Ryokan Shinsen er í 5 mínútna akstursfjarlægð frá hinu fallega Takachiho-gljúfri og býður upp á herbergi með innréttingum í japönskum stíl og ókeypis WiFi. Japanskur morgunverður og hefðbundin fjölrétta máltíð með staðbundnum árstíðabundnum réttum er í boði á Tearoom Wabisuke. Borðkrókurinn er með opna glugga og sætispúða á tatami-gólfinu (ofin motta) og stólar eru í boði gegn beiðni. Ryokan Shinsen er í 20 mínútna akstursfjarlægð frá Takachiho Jinja-helgiskríninu og í 15 mínútna akstursfjarlægð er að finna skũjasjóinn í Kunimi-ga-Oka og 'Nirvana í Aso'.Takachiho-rútustöðin er í 10 mínútna göngufjarlægð og Kumamoto-flugvöllurinn er í innan við 90 mínútna akstursfjarlægð.
