Sato-san's Rest opnaði í október 2015 og býður upp á gistingu í verslunarmiðstöð í hefðbundna miðbæ Tókýó. Boðið er upp á ókeypis WiFi og reiðhjólaleigu gegn aukagjaldi. Ueno er í 5 mínútna fjarlægð með lest og Akihabara er í 10 mínútna fjarlægð með lest. Gististaðurinn er í 8 mínútna göngufjarlægð frá útgangi 3 á Hibiya Line Minowa-stöðinni og í 30 sekúndna göngufjarlægð frá Toden Arakawa Line Arakawa Arakawa-itchumae-stöðinni. Minowa-stöðin veitir betri aðgang að miðbænum. Yokohama er 35 km frá Sato-san's Rest og Chiba er 33 km frá gististaðnum. Haneda-flugvöllurinn er í 20 km fjarlægð.
