Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or watching the sun set over the water, the panoramic views from our location are truly unforgettable.
What sets us apart is our combination of comfort, convenience, and local charm. Just a short 3-5 minute drive (or a quick half-mile walk) gets you to the city center, while the ferry terminal and Castries Harbour are only five minutes away. We're also just 10 minutes from George F.L. Charles Airport, making our location ideal for both business and leisure travelers.

Recreational facilities are conveniently close by. There's a basketball court just a 3-minute walk away, perfect for a quick game or evening practice. Grocery stores are easily accessible as well—just 5 to 10 minutes by bus or about 15 minutes on foot.
The neighborhood is ideally located near key amenities, including several churches, secondary schools, a football field, and cricket grounds. The local police station is also nearby, adding an extra sense of security to the area.
One unique aspect of our community is that our district representative, who also happens to be the Prime Minister, lives right here among us—a point of pride and a sign of our neighborhood's significance.
