Welcome to a warm and welcoming residential community where neighbors are known for their friendliness and willingness to lend a helping hand—especially to visitors. Whether you're new to the area or just passing through, you'll always find someone ready to guide you in the right direction. Recreational facilities are conveniently close by. There's a basketball court just a 3-minute walk away, perfect for a quick game or evening practice. Grocery stores are easily accessible as well—just 5 to 10 minutes by bus or about 15 minutes on foot. The neighborhood is ideally located near key amenities, including several churches, secondary schools, a football field, and cricket grounds. The local police station is also nearby, adding an extra sense of security to the area. One unique aspect of our community is that our district representative, who also happens to be the Prime Minister, lives right here among us—a point of pride and a sign of our neighborhood's significance.
