Cozy Apartment Near the Beach and City – Perfect for Families
The apartment is located just 900 meters from the main beach and about 2.7 km from the city center. With a total area of 55 m², it is ideal for a comfortable stay for families or couples.
It features an open living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table. In the living area, there is a corner sofa that can be converted into a bed for two people. The bedroom includes a double bed and a bed for a child.
The modern bathroom is equipped with towels for both body and face. The apartment also has a balcony for relaxation.
The kitchen includes all necessary appliances for cooking. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a hair dryer, an iron, Wi-Fi with a router, and a TV with cable channels.
Free parking is available in a garage equipped with security cameras that monitor the outside area. There is also a grill available for guests who enjoy outdoor cooking.
