The house is located 20 m from the sea coast. In the surroundings, at a distance of 50m, there are small sandy beaches that can provide you with refreshment on summer days. The house is a few hundred years old but it is completely renovated February 2020. On the ground floor is kitchen, living room and one bathroom. In our fully equipped kitchen you can prepare food and if it does not give you pleasure the restaurant is just a few steps from the house and also a bakery and a mini market. The first floor consists of one double room, one single room and one bathroom where are also washing and drying machines. In the attic is a double room. Sinclair multi split system of air conditioning with units in every room should make your stay pleasant while central boiler makes warm water for the entire house. The house is arranged with passion and love and we are dedicating time to sustain our house clean and comfortable. There are a few very good restaurants on a walking distance from the house.
Djordje and Jasna, a couple dedicated to making guests happy and their stay in any way pleasant. You can contact us for any information any time. Do not hesitate to ask.
The peaceful place Prcanj, which is known as an air resort with exceptional air aeration properties, abounds in Mediterranean vegetation and is an ideal place for family holidays. Close to the house are restaurant, bakery, mini market and post office. A few good fish restaurants are on the walking distance too. In front of the house, on the pier, small boats could take You to Kotor, Tivat, while popular touristic tour boats are going to to the Blue Horisons beach and famous Blue Sea Cave. Sandy beach Markov Rt. is 1,6 km away, and beach Tre Sorelle 900 m. One very small beach is 100 m away. Local bus stops each hour right next to the house and in 15 minutes You should be at Kotor, the town under double UNESCO protection. Kotor is a town of exceptional harmony, narrow streets and beautiful squares, many old churches and a famous Cathedral of St.Tripun.
