Modern house peaceful and quiet are in Central Christchurch. Closer to Airport and shopping malls.Ideal for short stay in Christchurch or arriving/Departing from CHCH airport.9 minutes drive from airport and about 25 minutes by bus number 8 including 6 minutes walk.Canterbury university 5 minutes by car , 19 minutes by bus and 30 minutes walk. Maximum security.
Please note no cooking in the home.You can use the Microwave, Kettle and Toaster . You can use fridge space . You can use the crockery and cutlery in the kitchen.
Maximum 2 Adults and NO CHILDREN .
I like hosting guests from all over the world. I am a community support worker. I live in the same house where the room is.
The neighbourhood is quiet. You can park your car on the street .It is safe to do so.
Please note my house is at the back and you can walk through drive way.
