Property information

Falcon's View Queenstown Rooms is located up a private lane in the premier Aspen Grove neighborhood, this beautiful room boasts one of the most spectacular views of Queenstown mountains and lake. Falcon's View Queenstown is built with accommodation in mind, soundproofing and heat insulation is all above standard building code. With this property construction closer to being a hotel than that of a residential property. All rooms has it's own private bathroom and door lock, closet, fridge, microwave, tea, and coffee. Please NOTE: Smoking is not allowed on the property premise, not even on the individual room's balcony. There is smoke and heat alarms in each room and hallway and all alarms are connect to Queenstown Fire Brigade. Full set of linen will be provide before check-in. Full Cleaning will be done before check-in. Note: We will not provide daily room service/clean change during your stay, but fresh towel can be supplied if requested. This is for your privacy. Extra cleaning can be provided at guests request with extra cost. The Living Room and the Kitchen is out of bounds for guests. Currently we do not have washing machines available.
