Relax in Kenmure is a place to rest, unwind and enjoy all that Dunedin has to offer. The property has been set up as a home away from home and is sunny, private, with free unlimited fibre internet and a Nespresso coffee machine. Perfect for a family group or a group of friends , the property has four bedrooms and outside deck spaces to enjoy.
The house has double glazed windows and doors. There are full kitchen facilities. A barbecue is available for use outside on the deck with outdoor furniture. There is a Smart TV with Netflix. There are pods supplied for the coffee machine. Items for a continental breakfast are supplied as well as milk and bread. There is a lock box with keys and access details will be provided just prior to your stay.
The hosts have been managing short stays for four years with excellent reviews - See The Old Sunday School 5168284 located on the same site.
The Mornington Shopping Centre is 1.1 kilometres away (3 minutes by car or a 14 minute walk) and Central Dunedin is 3.5 kilometres away or 7 minutes by car.
