The fine print
VAT: means the Value Added Tax as imposed by the Qatar Authority.
Valid tax invoice: means a VAT invoice that meets all the requirements of the Executive regulations in the QATAR VAT law.
Tax credit note: means a VAT credit note that meets all the requirements of the Executive Regulations in QATAR VAT law.
The parties agree that any amount referred to in this agreement is a reference that amount expressed on a VAT exclusive basis, unless indicated otherwise.
(a) All amounts expressed to be payable under a Finance Document by any Party to the Hotel which (in whole or in part) constitute the consideration for any supply for VAT purposes are deemed to be exclusive of any VAT which is chargeable on that supply & if VAT is or becomes chargeable on any supply made by the Hotel to any Party under a Finance Document and such Hotel is required to account to the relevant tax authority for the VAT, that Party must pay to such Hotel (in addition to and at the same time as paying any other consideration for such supply) an amount equal to the amount of the VAT (and Hotel must promptly provide an appropriate VAT invoice to that Party).
Please note that between 15 June & 31 July 2025 enhancement works will be carried out on ground floor of the hotel.
Access to Rooms & Suites balconies will be restricted until 31 July 2025.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Fairmont Doha in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of QAR 1,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
