Credit card requirements:
• The credit card used for prepayment to guarantee the bookings or on-site charges must be in the name of the guest and must be presented upon check-in for verification.
• If the guest staying is not the cardholder or the credit card cannot be produced, alternate payment arrangements must be provided. ( failure to comply with these requirements may result in the hotel rejecting the points)
Family Policy:
• Children up to 18 years are staying with parents can stay in the same bedding setup
• For rooms booked with meals children till 5 years can enjoy it free, from 6 years and above will be charged an additional fee. Check-in age requirements:-
• Guests under 18 can only check in if accompanied by a parent or official guardian.
Car Parking:
• Parking charges will be applicable at the rate of 250 SAR per day (subject to taxes ).
Ramadan special:
• All bookings that include breakfast will be provided with full buffet sohour instead.
