The sleek, ground-floor kitchen boasts a full suite of stainless steel appliances and gleaming granite countertops, and there’s plenty of room at mealtime around the marble-topped dining table. Rent a golf cart or bicycle nearby or spend the day with your toes in the sand, 
then bask in the cool of the central AC while the washer/dryer handles any laundry. Mix a cocktail at the wet bar on the middle floor, then grab a spot on the electric reclining couch on the first floor or settle into the leather sectional in the second family room to watch some TV. Can’t agree on a program? No problem - each bedroom boasts a TV of its own.
