Our Property is Totally Private on 38 acres, Rustic, Primitive Wooded Terrain, Swimming in the Private Lake, Pond, Hiking, with Unique features all over the property to Experience, Explore, Discover, & Observe! We feed the Wildlife to attract to observe in their own habitat environment. We have an Unusual Wooded area we call CAVE OF TREES that during the Summer is even Cool walking around in the Shade with the Sun filtering through. Keep your Camera Handy Ready To Shoot those Amazing Photos that will be everywhere you LOOK! We are PERFECT for those Family Reunion Get A Ways, Youth & Adult Retreats, Weddings, Day event occasions, Parties, & Etc. NO PETS ALLOWED Because of Wildlife Policy and Allergy with guests. We have an Abundant variety of Birds of all different species! Bird Watchers Paradise! Sit out in the back relaxing sipping on glass ice tea looking at the view of the woods. Rock House laid out like Airplane and PRIVATE Wing for Guests Rooms! Playing Horseshoes while waiting for BBQing, Porch Swing hanging from the tree at the lake. The owners, Bill & Kaz been married 42 years and work well together also, are Jack Of All Trades! They are Artist & Designers. They've raised 7 kids & have 8 grandkids. They recently retired and have BIG Dreams & Plans for this Ranch. Their main Mission is to Teach Kids Life Skills & Mentor in Godly Principles. The Ranch Home, RV Camp Sites, & Donations Support the FREE Programs for the kids. The Ranch has recently started their programs & Renting out the Rock Home that Sleeps 10 -20 people, have 10 RVer Camp Sites opened so far next to Lake (30 total will be open in future). The Ranch has already Hosted the City Wide (Jr High & High School) boys with the Church Youth Groups around the area, & the Boys & Girls Club Exploring, Observing, Hiking, Making Projects, & Etc. Having a Blast! We've got more kids coming! We want to make this Ranch a Special place for these kids and to all the Guests that come here to Enjoy what we're offering while you have that special Experience & making those Memories during your stay here! The Ranch is Nestled in the Woods in the Hill Country neighboring on back side is the Camp Peniel, 1 mile east is the Hill Country Crawlers, Jeep Tours, & Shooting Range. There are 5 Major Lakes in the area, have access to the public pool in Marble Falls, many restaurants & some on the Lake, 3 major Caverns, Longhorn, Marble Falls area, Natural Bridge & New Cavern, San Antonio area, Glass Bottom Boats, Outlet Mall in San Marcos, Schlitterbahn, Tubing down Canal in New Braunfels, The Alamo, Zoo, Botanical Gardens, Sea World, & Etc. in San Antonio, LBJ Ranch & Birth Place in Johnson City area, Austin, area has many attractions, Fredericksberg tourist town, & List goes on for so much to do on day trips from the Ranch! Come CHECKOUT all the things you can do here in the area & RACK UP those Experiences & Memories! Austin has Go Cart Rides, LBJ Library, Movie Theaters, & Etc.
