Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located place, a few steps from the beach and it has heated swimming pool with deck chairs. It accommodates up to 6 persons and provides all the basics including linens, towels, a full kitchen, free parking, free Wi-Fi, smart TVs, washer/dryer, umbrella, chairs, cooler. It has a king bed, a queen bed, and a queen pull-out sofa.

The condo is in the center of the tourist area therefore it is a short distance to all other activities like tennis, golf, windsurfing, jet skiing, paddle boarding or deep-sea fishing expeditions. You can walk along the beach to the Jetti Fishing Pier, or you can sit on the beach a few steps away to watch shuttle launches. Follow GPS to get to the condo complex. Free parking at #109 and some guest parking spot with no marking. Access to the beach and the pool is right from the patio. You can walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier RikkinTiki Tavern thru the parking lots or the beach. You can walk to restaurants, Ron Jon Surf Shop and other and beach wear shops. You can walk to rental places for bikes, scooters, and others. You can walk along the beach to Jetti Fishing Pier for the closest view of space launches or to the Cocoa Beach Downtown for Coconuts on The Beach bar/restaurant, famous The Fat Donkey Ice Cream and Fine Deserts.
