Papakea Resort has something for everyone, with two ocean front salt water swimming pools (one heated pool right outside your lanai and we provide beach/pool towels), three tennis courts, shuffleboard courts, 12 new stainless steel Weber BBQs, two saunas and putting greens. Unlike most condo resorts on Maui, Papakea is low rise and low density. The resort offers 13 beautifully landscaped acres with multiple koi ponds and is located right on famous Kaanapali Beach. Papakea J303 has a split A/C system installed in the living area, is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo situated on the 3rd floor, and can accommodate up to six guests. There is an elevator for easy access to the unit. The fully equipped and newly remodeled kitchen features new cabinets, stainless steel appliances, tiled back splash, new counter tops, and custom lighting. Enjoy dining either on the outdoor lanai or inside with dining for four plus the bar area. There are ceiling fans throughout the condo and bedrooms. The master bedroom has a comfortable King size bed and offers a flat a screen TV. In the en-suite bathroom, you will find a beautifully remodeled and tiled oversize walk-in shower with seats for added convenience. In the guest bedroom you will find a Queen size and Twin-size beds as well as a flat screen TV. The second bathroom is beautifully remodeled and offers another walk-in shower. In the living room you will find a comfortable Queen size sleeper sofa and flat screen TV. The condo also includes a washer and dryer, free WiFi, DVD player and cable.

The condo is located within walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, farmer’s market, snorkel gear rental shop, gift shops and an ocean side park. Each evening, tiki torches light up the property for an exquisite Hawaiian tropical ambiance. There is a sandy beach just steps from the condo. Beach sand levels vary depending on the conditions. Enjoy swimming, snorkeling, turtle spotting, boogie boarding, paddle boarding, and whale watching (during whale season) from this ultimate Maui property. There’s a shopping center right across the street, offering a convenient location to get groceries or a quick meal. Whaler’s Village, with a variety of shops and ocean front restaurants, is a short five minute drive. There is a wonderful sandy beach walking distance from the condo. Beach sand levels can vary based on the conditions. Effective July 1, 2025: There will no longer be a Resort Fee, and parking for the first vehicle will be free. Current Resort Fee Details (until June 30, 2025): The Papakea Resort Fee is 25 dollars per day and includes one parking permit. Any additional vehicles will incur an extra charge of 5 dollars per day. This fee is collected by the Resort's Front Desk staff upon arrival and is not managed by My Perfect Stays.
