Ideal location for exploring Graz and the Steiermark - 300m from an S Bahn station with two trains an hour each way. Easy access to Slovenia; if one books well in advance, there are incredibly reasonable fares to Maribor and Lubljana on the OeBB website. Comfortable, large room and good restaurant.
