United Kingdomstayed at this apartment/hotel for 5 days, and it was an absolutely wonderful experience. Alem and Selma were incredibly helpful and welcoming, and Mama Selma went above and beyond—even preparing me a delicious breakfast.
Alem was kind enough to show me around the city and took me to local restaurants to enjoy traditional Bosnian food, including both lunch and breakfast. The hospitality I received truly made me feel like part of their family.
On my last day, after a quick breakfast, Alem even dropped me off at the airport. I was worried I might miss my flight, but he drove like an F1 driver and got me there right on time!
I would 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Sarajevo. If I could rate it 10 times, I would!

United KingdomA gorgeous and super comfortable place. Beautiful decor, lovely fireplace and the absolute highlight of our stay at Alpha Ski - the sauna. For most of our stay, we were the only ones in the entire guesthouse and so had all the facilities to ourselves.
The caretaker was very friendly and helpful, and although he didn't speak English we managed to communicate with him well.

It's a fantastic hotel, comfortable and cosy. Staff were efficient and polite. AC works fantastically well. The spa on -1 level was great, too. It's an eco concept hotel utilising renewable sources of energy - solar, I think. There's a lovely Mosque within 2 mins walking distance and some lovely eateries.
