The hotel is well located (small town) so nothing is very far. Staff is very warm and friendly - Kanchan, Shadab, Ravi, Tilak at front desk. The driver Vishal to and from airport was excellent too. The F&B team is very good and fresh food available for breakfast, lunch or dinner. The chef was accommodating to our meal requests. Auto is easily available outside the hotel. Housekeeping staff very friendly as well.

The rooms were clean, neat, well maintained. Breakfast and dinner were sufficient spread, though not lavish, it was enough. The staff were courteous and helpful. On request they accommodated me with an early check in (paid). thank you

The location was in a industrial area. Ola/Uber would not be available at times. The breakfast & dinner were very good.

service was excellent throughout ......staff was so good........rooms were so good. I'm not a vegetarian but did enjoy the dinner buffet , also the breakfast, which had a lot of multi cuisine variety .

The variety in the breakfast was good. However, the lunch and dinner buffet is expensive considering the options available. The facilities in the room are good. The room service was good however the bathroom can use some new toiletries. A higher toilet would be more convenient for the senior citizens. The massage chairs, helping staff and the breakfast were the best part of the stay.

Easy to locate on Gmap, car got parked by staff and quick check in. Room was big and bathroom was very clean and fresh towels. Kettle to make coffee and small fridge was of use to us. We had dinner and that was a great value Rs700 each buffet was awesome.
