The mountain view room is worth all the extra money - you get amazing view on the mountains near the hotel. The kitchen is great, and a la cart menu is impressive - we ate dinners in the restaurant of the hotel and there was no single time when the dish was not tasty. The bar is great as well, highly recommend their bloody Mary cocktail. The staff is friendly, polite, and professional. There are reception and small café on the first floor where you can choose delicious breakfast and latter dinner. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Rooms are very warm with heated floors. Our balconies were at the back of the building overlooking the snowy forest. These rooms are quieter. There is free parking in hotel. All hotel team are very, very, very friendly and helpful. The best service which I got in Ukraine. Stuff completed all my requests and above. Kitchen cooked my special order to meet my food request. Had a great clean room with fantastic view.
