One room was beautifully remodeled, the other two were older but still very nice. The historic guesthouse is family owned and run and the love this family has for their guests is very evident. We had a travel delay that kept us from arriving while the restaurant was still serving dinner, but the hosts offered to make us cold sandwiches to have when we arrived. When we arrived, they had the sandwiches ready and offered a few other options (salad, appetizers), which was greatly appreciated!

The hotel had a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The woman who served us breakfast was exceptionally friendly and attentive, which made our mornings delightful. The location was also very convenient for accessing Mount Pilatus.

We stayed in the guesthouse, very quiet, wonderful view! Full breakfast, lots of choices. Comfortable beds, very clean. The area was beautiful! Plenty of hiking, we heard the cows being moved one morning and the sound echoed around the valley! Staff was pleasant. Additional restaurants in the village. So glad we chose this place!
