We are a family of 5, have backpacked in Kenya and India in last month, this is one of our most enjoyed place on a reasonable budget. Hot water, laundry service, free wifi, flat screen, working AC are not just a promise as in many other hotels we visited so far. Our hosts are present on the property always ready to help you with anything. E.g : we were looking for dinner and they made proposals and managed the delivery, we were looking for good places to visit and they made tuned recommandations for our group (we have a 6 year boy), we were looking to wash some of out cloths and they helped us with it.... and always with a BIG BIG SMILE ! Million thanks to Mr Balaji, his wife and personnel who have helped us to enjoy the stay ! Hope to visit you again ! We do recommend this place !

Admittedly I ended up being changed to Labdhi resort (under the same management and up the road), but my experience with the staff was lovely. Everything was really clean and food was great, which I'm sure would extend to the other property. I loved the room and the location in the shadow of the mountain was beautiful. I loved the peace and quiet and waking up to goats clip-clopping by my room. Internet, hot water, beds and all were great. The staff were super helpful with helping me to book safaris, taxis and a bus back to Bangalore. It is a bit of a drive from Bandipur, so if planning to visit without a vehicle contact reception to help you organise everything.

The hotel is perfect for those seeking a peaceful stay. The view from our room was simply breathtaking, and the service was top-notch. The room was sparkling clean, and the bedsheets were crisp and fresh. What really stood out was the warmth and hospitality of the staff and owner. They treated us like family, taking care of our every need. They personally even helped us with food arrangements for our year old little one which was a huge relief. But what truly impressed us was the owner's exceptional loyalty and dedication to his guests. He's really a genuine person, which is rare to find in the hospitality industry. He genuinely cares about his guests' experiences and goes above and beyond to ensure their comfort. After scouting around valparai to find a stay, we found this to be an exceptional value compared to other hotels in the area. While others were overpriced and lacking in amenities, but Zen vista offered a perfect blend of quality service and affordability compared to other hotels here. I would definitely choose this place again on my next visit to valparai, and I highly recommend this to couples and families for a peaceful stay. We really had a memorable experience..

The staff were very cooperative. We had ordered for some food which was very tasty, served hot and fresh. Onion pakora and French fries. Also the breakfast was exceptional.
