Has only 2 exclusive rooms on the 3rd floor. 2nd floor is the bathroom and toilet, open pantry and relax chill corner. Ground floor is a co-working space. Family mart is 7 min walk away and the fish auction market was also within short walking distance. Place was quiet after 5pm but staff had recommended a good sushi restaurant that I enjoyed.
