Käytössä oli pieni kuntosali ja lisämaksusta sai aamupalan. Hostellin nukkumapaikka ei ollut kerrossänky vaan koppi, joka oli kiva yllätys. Hostelli sijaitsi myös hyvin lähellä rautatieasemaa.

Located in the centre of Taichung, Modern Inn is situated less than 1 km from Taichung Railway Station and 3.2 km from National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts. Excellent location - just a few minutes walk to the train station, and many local buses stop right in front of the building. A very nice hotel, we had a nice room on the 9th floor with a great view from the window (I would ask for a room with a view when you make a reservation), clean, quiet. Very friendly staff. The reception room has a nice large sitting area with bags of nice snacks, coffee, and tea. If we ever come back to Taichung, we will come back to this hotel without any doubts.
