At first, I was concerned when my wife booked our Monday to Thursday vacation at a wedding venue. I was very pleasantly surprised to experience an amazingly wonderful vacation! I discovered and confirmed that, as a wedding venue, they are not always very busy from Sunday to Thursday. During our week, there were four other couples or families on the property. We only saw them at breakfast or at a distance on the property. The rest of the time we felt like we had the entire property to ourselves. The breakfasts were wonderful! We were given options and our selections were prepared specifically for us, at the time of our request. Being gluten intolerant, we discovered that the Oaks staff was very knowledgeable about gluten sensitivities and were able to provide entrées to meet our dietary restrictions that were very tasty and appealing! We were fully prepared to experience all kinds of mosquitoes and insects, being on the Eastern shore of Maryland in August. To our surprise, we did not see any mosquitoes, spiders, or any other types of insects throughout our entire stay. I even looked under the Adirondack chairs and recliners in the pool area and around the property and did not see any insects or spiders of any kind. We asked and were told that the property is sprayed regularly. The staff (especially Lamond) were exceptionally supportive throughout our entire stay. The entire property was clean and well-kept. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and highly recommend this property!

Osprey Point Inn is located right on the water in a peaceful setting. There is so much wildlife around-my husband went birdwatching every morning, finding birds and seeing deer. The breakfast choices were amazing-frittatas, quiche, casseroles, fresh fruit, freshly baked pastries and so much more! While in an isolated quiet area, easy to get to restaurants in Rock Hall as well as a quick trip to get to Chestertown. Everyone was beyond wonderful!

The Quality Inn Boardwalk is located directly on Ocean City Beach and the Ocean City Boardwalk. Location, Rum Shack, Coastal Salt and Francos Pizza

The Quality Inn Oceanfront, featuring an indoor pool and seasonal outdoor pool, is located across the street from the beach. Jolly Roger Amusement Park is located 3 km from the property. The parrots were right outside my balcony!

The Comfort Inn Boardwalk is located near Ocean City Beach and the Ocean City Boardwalk, offering shopping, dining and entertainment. The Ocean City Municipal Airport is 8 km away. Clean, great staff, great location, the beach view was very nice. No issues, will stay again when I'm in OC
