Fantastic views of the city from our room and terrace on floor 13. The room was furnished and maintained to a very high standard, and the general facilities were brilliant. The reception staff were extremely helpful with any queries we had and all staff were very pleasant in general. The location of the hotel was great as well, being a short walk into the city center or a 5 minute walk to the underground metro station.

Perfect location, walking distance to many sites. And 2 metro station close by. Staff was very friendly, was able to check in earlier and check out later. Rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. Hotel feels old world Vienna, with a modern twist. Breakfast was copious and excellent. 10 out of 10 for this hotel and its staff 👌

    Lovely vibe. Lovely room. Comfy bed. Friendly staff. Kitchen with fridge, hob and dishwasher in room. No pans. I guess they were obtained through reception, but we had cups, plates and cutlery, so all was fine. The location was great for us. Easy train ride from airport. Easy tram ride to Vienna centre. Easy walk to gasometer, where we had tickets for a gig.

    Easy access from Gasometer metrostation. Nice new neighbourhood. New, very clean, quiet, all essential at hand, nice beds and the sofa too, now straight sunlight to apartment so it was okey with windows open in June. Many croceries, pharmacy and restaurants nearby.

    Location is perfect for anyone attending concerts at Gasometer or Arena Wien. Vicinity of the Erdberg bus station is also a big plus. The rooms are basic, but are perfectly fine for a short stay.
