This is one of the best hotel you can get in Varansi. The hotel is located in a gated residential community so it was very peaceful. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were spacious, in fact it was like an apartment with a bedroom + living room. The best part of hotel was staff, they were genuinely nice and were trying their best to serve the guests. I did not try their breakfast but I heard it was good.

One Off Hotels has one of the best locations—close to all the main attractions and ghats. The place is super clean with a modern, stylish vibe. Their tours are top-notch—I did the heritage walk, temple darshan, and got VIP access to the Ganga Aarti, all perfectly arranged. The staff also gave amazing local tips for shopping and food nearby. Highly recommend if you want a smooth, memorable Varanasi experience!

    The temple is good and all, but the management and security...

    The temple is good and all, but the management and security at the temple is terrible. There are very long queues and terribly managed at that. There is a special gate with paid entries (INR 250 per head) which supposedly reduce your time to entry in the temple, but it's so badly managed that the place to get the tickets is far off the queue to join for it, without any clear instructions or sign boards about it. There is hardly any provision for leaving behind your belongings outside your temple, and you're left to manage something yourselves. Even this "fast" paid line got us inside the temple in a total of 2 hours. This temple management seems more concerned about collecting money in the name of faster darshan, special pooja options etc, than better facilitating the convenience and safety of pilgrims.

    Non Hindus are no longer allowed in the temple so find out whether this is still the case before trying to get in. Also, the place is now supposed to be extremely ugly with modern pink marble everywhere at the insistence of the Prime Minister, Modi. We stood in line for twenty minutes before being told we would not be allow in.

    Again temple is beautiful but the crowd, pushing around, fighting to do the pooja is not worth it. People step on you to get ahead. Plus selling all that flowers and Prasad which just gets thrown away, so depressing to see.

    Beautiful place, get a official govt guide to take you there, dont book on the website for any pooja;s, Tell you guide what you need doing and they will organise everything for you. The priests doing the pooja's will still demand money after the pooja but be fine and refuse, keep your guide with you at all times. Get the fast track with your guide otherwise there are massive que's.

    I stayed at Budget Hotel Banaras # Rest Near Ganga - River Kashi Vishwanath Temple - Free Wifi Facilities - Air Conditioning room. for a 1 day and had a great experience. The biggest feature is its location, just a few minutes away from Ganga Ghat and Kashi Vishwanath Templ. The hotel is located in narrow streets, but this adds to its peace and spirituality.

    Had a great stay at Raj Sir's 2-BHK apartment. The place has a luxurious feeling. Felt so premium yet affordable. Proximity from Kashi Vishwanath Temple is a huge plus point. Great location. Vishwanath Temple and ghats at walking distance. Excellent staff. Complimentary tea bags and water bottles were provided. Ideal for families and people looking for a memorable and peaceful stay!

    The location is excellent! Close to ganga Arti and Kashi Vishwanath temple. The only thing is rooms and bathroom are REALLY small. And you feel clostorphobic. But it makes up by the warmth of staff and amazing hospitality. There was an issue with late check out. Hotel said they have no intimation from bookings.com but the front desk manager was too kind to accommodate. I highly recommend this property.

    The hostel is such a piece of art. The stay was amazing,the beds and dorms are great and comfortable. The terrace had special attention of chilling. Staff were amazing and accomodating. The location is near from Kashi Vishwanath temple. The location is best. The personnel were so nice and helpful. It's value for money.     Complimentary breakfast was decent with fresh fruit, the best part of breakfast was the coffee which was right upto my taste. This is probably one of the best hotel in Varanasi, it is close to Kashi Vishwanath temple. They arranged for local transport and private boat tour in Ganges with Hotel boat.
