The staff is very attentive and they made sure we were received with the best care. Our room wasn’t ready but we were upgraded to such a spacious suite. Our room was done every single time we stepped out. It is such a calm and cozy place, a true place to rest.

Felt like an authentic Marrakesh building. Central courtyard with pool was an oasis of calm. Rooftop bar was delightful. Great base for exploring the souks. Staff were excellent and breakfast also excellent.

    I wouldn’t bother really it’s a fairly empty shopping centre, it has a sports shop some perfume and phone shops and a small supermarket but unless you forgot to bring your gym kit it’s not got much there.

    Nice break from the souks and definitely a better option than the Menara Garden and its same popular photo of a nice pavilion with blue sky, water reflection and Atlas mountain on the backdrop which are nowhere to be seen in the actual location...

    Small shopping area with lots of caffès and fast food...

    Small shopping area with lots of caffès and fast food restaurants and has few international and local shops for men & women including cosmetics and grocery shopping. There is only one small traditional Moroccan food but with distinctive and excellent taste called Tajine.

    We stayed one night at the Grand Hôtel Savoie in Marrakech. The undeniable highlight of this hotel is its exceptional location — just 10 minutes from the airport and from Jemaa el-Fna square, right in the city center, with direct access to Menara Mall. Despite the vibrant surroundings, the hotel manages to remain impressively quiet, which we greatly appreciated. Parking is easy, and the staff managing it were helpful and professional.
