Honestly, I liked everything — no complaints at all. Everything met or even exceeded my expectations. The room was quiet and very clean. Service and overall quality were high, and it was definitely great value for money. The breakfast was very good, and the terrace on the 6th floor offers a beautiful view over old Odesa. The front desk staff were very helpful, especially the young lady who checked us in and out — she was professional and kind.

We arrived at the hotel and a pleasant surprise awaited us at the entrance – two delicious cakes in the room. This is not my first time at this hotel, and certainly not the last. The rooms are well equipped and include everything you need for a comfortable stay, and the breakfast is rich and varied. The hotel is located in an excellent location – close to everything. Right next to it is a supermarket, excellent cafes, and the famous "Privoz" market is about a 20-minute walk away. I would like to thank the wonderful hotel staff, and especially Victoria, who welcomed us with a smile and took care of us throughout our stay. During our visit, two weddings took place on different evenings, and Victoria informed us in advance and apologized for the possible noise – but in practice we hardly felt it, because we spent most of our time walking around the city.

The location is excellent, close to a lot of the tourist attractions. The reception staff, Anastasia and Polina were very friendly and helpful. The room was a very good size and comfortable. The hotel was good value for money even though I didn't have the breakfast.

The hotel exceeded my expectations – it’s fresh and spotless (opened in 2019) with tasteful, minimalist design, yet located right in the heart of the city in a historic building full of character. Every detail is thoughtfully considered – shelves and tables are placed exactly where you need them, and there’s even a cozy smoking room inside. The staff is attentive and always ready to help, often anticipating our needs before we even voiced them.
