Excellent hostel - I stayed two nights in a small private room. Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff who clearly run a tight ship, whole place very clean and tidy, comfy bed. I had a nice quiet stay. Recommend Botanicals cafe in Yungaburra for quality coffee and toasties.

Very well appointment rustic and romantic cabin with a wonderful private outlook and a lovely short walk to the adjacent river. The attention to detail was a standout and the breakfast beautiful and plentiful and locally sourced. The location is central and great for Atherton tableland exploration.

How the restaurant went out of their way to cook a vegetarian meal for us, as we could not eat any of the main dishes at the Friday night smorgasbord. Thank you staff and chef. Much appreciated. I also like the continental breakfast put on by the friendly staff. The lodge is a great place for a relaxing overnight or weekend stay, for exploring the Atherton Tablelands.

We love that the continental breakfast is included. Malanda lodge is a value for money stay, which is why we returned to stay (we stayed almost two years ago), as we wanted to show my brother and his wife how nice it was. They completely agreed.

The Lodge is a short distance out of Malanda, set in beautiful grounds. The restaurant had a good menu and the property also offered a complimentary breakfast in the dining room which gave you little reason to leave the property. The room was spacious with a door opening onto the gardens.

Malanda Lodge is a boutique motel situated on lush grounds, not far from the village centre. Staff are very friendly, facilities met all expectations. It is a great location to enjoy the surrounds and all that the hinterland has to offer.

Malanda is a lovely friendly little town and Malanda Lodge is a lovely friendly little hotel/motel. Loved the size of the room, the convenient parking right outside the door, the cute little kitchenette and the smart TV. Only stayed one night but would have liked to stay longer.
