It featured a loungeroom with gas fireplace set in a sandstone mantle and a beautiful light-filled open plan living / kitchen. It even had a remote-controlled lock up garage for the car. This house was quite big and accommodated our group of 5 guests in 3 self-contained bedrooms. The location was good, and the setting the house sat within was lovely - the golf course, restaurant, bistro/cafe. There were other facilities too. I had a “night before wedding” dinner at Harrigan’s and this accommodation was so close. I had booked through booking.com and my booking didn’t go through properly to the property but the Hermitage Lodge team thankfully picked it up before I arrived and were still able to sort out accommodation for me, and I can’t thank them enough for that!Guest review byAnnaSolo traveler

The fit out of the rooms was stunning, the crockery was gorgeous and the interior design was amazing. The view of the little vineyard is such a nice touch. The team here was so lovely and accomodating! We had a later check in and the reception turned on our lights and heating ahead of time so we came into a cosy space which was exactly what we needed at 8pm.
