The lady on the desk was very friendly and they have DVD's available to rent for the evening too. Great location, a bit out of Jasper but it didn't bother us. Small lodges are old and have got bad acoustics (thin walls). Downstairs there are shops and an Italian restaurant used for breakfast. The rooms are in lodges around the park. Ours was an upstairs room overlooking the lake which was beautiful. The room itself was huge, a big four poster bed, lounge area and large bathroom. However it did feel very outdated and in need of an overhaul, it was rather tired.Guest review byChrisYoung couple

We stayed in a cabin on the property overlooking the lake and it really accommodated our family of 4 well. The kids loved the outdoor pool and had so much fun. My husband even got a haircut while there! We stayed at all 3 Fairmont Hotels in the Rockies and surprisingly liked Jasper the best.
